Clinic Health Policy

Please confirm via text prior to treatment that you do not have an elevated temperature or cough, are not aware of having any symptoms of coronavirus or to your knowledge have not been in contact with anyone who does.

Your text further agrees with the following:

- Clients must have a face-covering in the clinic for the duration of treatment

- Clients must arrive to the practice alone

- no guests will be permitted to attend or wait in the common areas of the practice. (Exceptional extenuating circumstances will be considered)

- Please wait outside the clinic and enter when advised after previous client has left and I have fully sanitised the area

- You will be required to either sterilise your hands in reception or wash them with the antibacterial soap in the restroom.

- You will have your temperature taken with an infrared thermometer.

-  Concluding the treatment, you will be required to vacate the facility in reasonable time.

- The only reason to remain inside the building will be to use the toilet facility and wash hands .

I can confirm that as your practitioner:

- I shall be wearing a face mask

- I have spaced appointments so you will not overlap with other clients arriving or leaving the premises -My hands shall be washed between each session

- I will ensure the clinic area, toilet area & door handles are sanitised between each client 

- The treatment table is covered in an antibacterial PVC and will be cleaned between each client.
